The Bergen County EMS Training Center is pleased to offer you three innovated online training programs. Each program is 10 hours long and has been approved by NJ State Department of Health for 10 elective CEU’s each. Each program was approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Pre Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE) and /or meet the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
The process to navigate through the program: 1. Students must register on our website and obtain a class redemption code for each program. 2. Cost per program $15.00 (Waivers are not accepted). 3. Students must enroll into the class (see directions). 4. Student must complete the class prior to December 31, 2020. 5. Students must complete the online class work prior to taking the post-tests. 6. Students must complete the entire below listed program and pass all the post-tests with a 72 in order to receive credit for the class ( No partial credit will be issued). 7. Upon completion students will be emailed a certificate from the Bergen County EMS Training Center. |

The EMS Training Center Building, dedicated on October 27, 1991, greatly enhanced the capabilities of the program and enables the center to offer higher levels of training to the ambulance and rescue community of Bergen County.
The Board of Chosen Freeholders and Board of Technical Education have made a major commitment to Emergency Medical Services training in Bergen County. This modern training center is equipped with the latest in computerization and presentation equipment along with state-of-the-art demonstration and teaching aids. With their continued support, the center has grown to be the largest ambulance and rescue training facility in the Northeast.
